republicans play dirty:  Kenneth Blackwell pays for an advertising campaign to tell everyone with television ads just how important their votes are, then what does he do..... he rules that provisional ballots can only be used in your own precinct.  so if you go to the wrong polling location you may not vote there, you must drive the your polling location.  so what is the point of the provisional ballot? ....... As the election draws near we get more and more stories of voter disenfranchisement. there is trouble brewing.........
